Rates Available and Season Tickets:
For booked parties (twenty people and over) - Special
rates for coach parties, students, group outings, school parties and educational
institutions (education pack linked to National Curriculum available).
Regular visitors should consider obtaining a season ticket for unlimited repeat
visits.

The licensed Tortoiseshell Bay Cafe & Gift Shop
provides excellent value light meals and refreshments. The Gift Shop sells mementos

We support Gift to Nature, helping them to raise money for
the Island's wildlife and create special conservation areas. If you would
like to know more about Gift to Nature and visit their free conservation sites
go to www.gifttonature.org.uk
All these events are combined with an educational keeper
presentation.

You
can reach us on the bus. Route 16, from Ryde bus station - on the Esplanade,
stops at the bottom of Oakhill Road (but doesn't go down Oakhill Rd). The bus
drivers will tell you when you've reached the right place to get off.
You can also reach us from the Road Train that runs along Ryde Esplanade to
Puckpool Park.

DISABILITY ACCESS STATEMENT
(Disability Discrimination Act 2005)
- It is our objective to provide an equal welcome to all our
visitors.
- We are aware that those in wheelchairs may have a restricted
view at our presentations and we make every effort to prevent this.
- We encourage all our visitors to participate in activities
such as “hands-on” feeding and stroking of livestock; we will
assist those in wheelchairs (and those with any other disabilities) to join
in with activities wherever possible.
- Assistance is available for our disabled visitors if required;
please speak to any member of staff in this regard.
- Our disability action plan itemises the ways in which we
strive to maintain and improve our high standards and adhere to the
Disability Discrimination Acts of 1995 and 2005.
- Disabled parking bays are provided.
- The whole Park is accessible to wheelchair users.
- There are gentle slopes, no steps.
- Ample seating is provided around the Park.
- Male and female toilets for the disabled are provided.
- Wash hand basins around the park are at a suitable height
for wheelchair users.
